We wrote this like we talk to our friends — short, clear, and no hidden tricks.
1. The Deal in Plain English
By using MobilePhonesWala.com you agree to play nice and not be a jerk.
That’s literally 90% of it.
2. Who Owns What
- Every review, photo, video, comparison table, meme, and sentence we write → belongs to us (© 2019–2025 Wala Digital Media Pvt Ltd).
- You are welcome to quote small parts, share on Instagram/Twitter/WhatsApp, or link to us — just give credit and a link back.
- You are NOT allowed to copy entire reviews, scrape our database, republish our content as yours, or sell it. That’s stealing and we will send you a polite-but-firm lawyer letter.
3. Rules for Using the Site
Allowed:
- Browse, read, compare, laugh at our bad jokes
- Set price alerts, subscribe, comment, DM us at 3 a.m.
- Share our links anywhere
Not allowed:
- Hack, DDoS, scrape the whole site, inject malware
- Post hate speech, threats, porn, illegal stuff
- Pretend to be us or mislead people
- Use bots to hammer our servers (we’re small, be gentle)
We can ban or block anyone who breaks these rules without warning or refund (there are no refunds anyway because everything is free).
4. Prices, Deals & Links
- We show prices from 100+ stores worldwide. We update crazy often, but we’re not the shop. Final price = whatever you see in cart.
- Affiliate links: if you buy after clicking our link → we earn 1–8% commission at zero extra cost to you. This keeps the site alive.
- Deals can disappear in seconds. We’re fast, but Flash is faster.
5. No Guarantees (Sorry, Life Isn’t Perfect)
We work 18 hours a day to be accurate, but:
- Prices change
- Phones get software updates (or bugs)
- Your battery life might be different
- We might make a rare typo
We are not liable for any money you lose, phone you drop, or argument you have with your spouse over buying “just one more phone”.
6. External Sites
When you click Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Jumia, Shopee, etc., you leave our site. Their terms, privacy, warranty, and customer care apply — not ours.
7. Changes to These Terms
If we ever change something big things, we’ll:
- Put a big banner
- Post on Instagram & Telegram
- Give you 30 days notice
You can stop using the site if you don’t like the new rules (but we hope you stay).
8. Governing Law
Indian law applies because that’s where our office, chai, and servers are.
But 99.9% of the time we solve everything over WhatsApp like adults.
