We spend our lives testing phones so you don’t waste your hard-earned money — but let’s be super clear about a few things:

1. We are NOT the seller
   Every “Buy Now” button takes you to Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Jumia, Lazada, noon, MediaMarkt, etc. Once you leave MobilePhonesWala.com, their prices, warranty, return policy, delivery, and everything else is 100% their responsibility — not ours.
2. Prices change faster than the weather in Delhi
   We update prices every few hours, sometimes every few minutes. But flash sales end, coupons expire, bank offers vanish, and exchange values drop. Always check the final cart price on the retailer’s website before you pay.
3. Our reviews are our honest opinion, not a guarantee
   We test phones for weeks in real life (Indian summer, Lagos traffic, Brazilian beaches, European winter). We tell you exactly what we experienced — but your usage, software updates, network, and even the way you hold the phone can give different results.
4. Affiliate links = we earn a tiny commission
   If you click our link and actually buy, we get 1–8% from the retailer (at zero extra cost to you). This is how we pay salaries, buy new phones to test, and keep the site free & fast. We still roast phones that deserve it — commission or no commission.
5. We are not financial advisors
   We’ll happily tell you if a ₹80,000 phone is worth it or if you’re better off with a ₹25,000 one — but we’re not telling you how to spend your life savings. That decision is yours.
6. We sometimes get review units (we always disclose it)
   When a brand sends us a phone for free or on long-term loan, we mention it clearly at the top of the review. Our opinion still stays ours — many brands have cried about negative reviews and never sent anything again. We’re okay with that.
7. Mistakes happen (rarely, but they do)
   Wrong price? Typo in specs? Old software version in screenshots?
